Return and Refund Policy

At Beaded Treasures, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not entirely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to help you with a refund.

To Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply email us at Beadedtreasure.dana@gmail.com to start the return process. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Important Note

Please don't send back any items without first requesting a return. We won't be able to accept them, and we want to make sure you get the refund you're entitled to.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If it has, we'll process a refund for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, just email us at Beadedtreasure.dana@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new one. Just email us at Beadedtreasure.dana@gmail.com to arrange the return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping our items, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

European Union Customers

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Just make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. But we're always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
